- Provide an exceptional job opportunity for CertaPro Painters\u2019 Job Site Supervisors so as to differentiate
\nourselves from our competitors as the employer of choice in the painting labor work force.<\/li>\n - Provide exceptional support to CertaPro Painters\u2019 Job Site Supervisors and build a performance culture
\namong the team.<\/li>\n - Service all CertaPro Painters\u2019 customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building
\ncustomers for life.<\/li>\n - Develop a close working relationship with the Residential Sales Associate and the Office Associate to
\nensure all expectations set forth with the customers are met and best executed.<\/li>\n - Develop a recruiting, development, and retention program for the Job Site Supervisors as well as
\nproperly onboarding them to setting them up for production success.<\/li>\n - Ensure that all field programs and systems are being executed.<\/li>\n
- Responsible for providing ongoing training and inspections related to safety, as well as conducting
\nsafety meetings.<\/li>\n - Responsible for ensuring that all crews are following Occupational Safety and Health Administration
\n(OSHA) guidelines, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines around Lead\u00a0Safety and
\npossess and maintain the required Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nQualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n

- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation and valid insurance. Position will travel to and from <\/span>job sites and as needed in the Omaha area.<\/li>\n
- Expert in multiple finishes and paint applications.<\/li>\n
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor<\/li>\n
- Strong written\/verbal skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills for estimating<\/li>\n
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic<\/li>\n
- Basic computer skills<\/li>\n
- Proven record of ability to set, meet and exceed goals<\/li>\n
- Must speak, read, and write English – Spanish speaking skills helpful but not necessary<\/li>\n
- Previous experience in the paint industry preferred but not required<\/li>\n
- Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record<\/li>\n
- Meticulous, clean, detail-oriented and taking pride in your work.<\/li>\n
- Results driven<\/li>\n
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and some nights depending on the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Benefits\/Compensation:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

- $45,000 – $65,000 Salary<\/li>\n
