We had the honor of painting this gorgeous historic home built in 1904 and located in The Avenues neighborhood of Salt Lake City, UT. This project which stands out on the street because of its stunning Victorian turreted front porch included painting the following: soffit, shingle gables, fascia, window casings, wood and brick siding, dormer, porch columns, fencing, and 3 coats of waterproofing to the foundation using the Loxon XP product for the historic home painting.<\/p>\n
