I founded our local franchise in 2013 after nearly 15 years working alongside my father in the security services industry. Experienced owners generously shared their time, insights, and support\u2014a clear sign I had found the right opportunity and the right people.<\/p>\n<p>Since opening our doors, CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana has grown into the region\u2019s premier painting organization. Our continued growth is rooted in our commitment to <b>Delivering Extraordinary Experiences<\/b> on every project\u2014residential, commercial, carpentry, and specialty coatings.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, I\u2019ve become most proud of the team we\u2019ve built. Creating an environment where our associates, project managers, and painting professionals can grow, take on new challenges, and achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of my work. I\u2019m passionate about developing leaders, investing in coaching, and supporting those who push themselves to get better every day.<\/p>\n<p><b>Community Involvement &amp; Recent Highlights<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Giving back to the Northwest Indiana community is a foundational part of who we are. In recent years, our team has proudly supported:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>St. Jude House<\/b>, providing donated painting services to support their mission<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Local organizations: <\/b>Proud member of Crown Point Rotary, where our motto is \u201cservice above self\u201d<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Award Recipient<\/b> of the Great News Life\u2019s Good Life Award<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Chamber of Commerce:<\/b> 2024-2025 Chairman of the Board at Crossroads Chamber, Northwest Indiana\u2019s Chamber<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Youth and family programs<\/b> through partnerships and sponsorships across the Region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We believe strong businesses help build strong communities\u2014and we\u2019re committed to doing our part.<\/p>\n<p><b>Outside the Business<\/b><\/p>\n<p>When I\u2019m not working on or in the business, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Rachel\u2014an oncology and infusion nurse in Crown Point\u2014and our two daughters, Hannah and Haley. Hannah is off to college at Kansas State University pursuing a degree in Pet Food and Animal Feed Science. Haley is a Junior at Crown Point High School.<\/p>\n<p>And if there\u2019s one more thing to know about me: I love to cook. Whether it\u2019s a small gathering or a large crowd, I enjoy crafting great food with attention to the details and techniques that bring out big flavor. Most weekends, you\u2019ll find me at <b>The Smoke Show<\/b>, our outdoor living space, experimenting with new recipes and feeding friends, family, and sometimes half the neighborhood.
