How to Receive Your Painting Estimate
Whether you want to schedule an interior or exterior painting project, we offer a few different ways you can receive your free estimate.
- We can estimate from photos you send us.
- We can estimate using a smartphone app.
- We can do a drive-by estimate for exterior projects.
- We can send one associate to the property who will maintain social distancing and wear the proper protective equipment (PPE) for the initial estimate.
Our Process
Though circumstances have changed, we remain committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied and comfortable with our painting services.
After you receive your estimate, we will perform all follow-up conversations over the phone to ensure there is minimal contact throughout the process. We will talk about the scope of your project, what your needs are, and offer solutions. Additionally, we will discuss the health of those living in the home as well as our team to make sure you are comfortable going through with the project.
When you do encounter our team, there will be no handshaking, and social distancing practices will be implemented.
During Your Project
Depending on the size of your project—and how many people are at home—we will determine the appropriate number of painters to send to your house. If any team member isn’t feeling well, they are recommended to stay home.
Our team is aware of the current conditions and will maintain their distance throughout the project. From our project manager to the painters, everyone will be wearing the PPE like clean shirts and pants, masks, and booties on their shoes.
Your project should be completed within a couple of days. When our team is finished, they will wipe down anything they touched in your home, including door handles, to ensure they are sanitized.
