Our Interior Painting Process by CertaPro Painters® of Northwest Indiana
We provide a range of custom interior painting services, allowing for a smooth, seamless experience and exceptional results in every home. Whether you’re having your two-story foyer updated or refreshing the paint in your home’s bedrooms, the CertaPro Painters® of Northwest Indiana team approaches every painting project with an eye for detail.
For your project, we’ll follow the steps below to make sure the process goes as smooth as possible.
Meet & Greet
We arrive at your home to introduce the Job Site Supervisor and Painting Crew. Then we'll review the CertaPro Painters® Proposal and access the scope of the project to determine the work area set up.
Set Up & Prepare Surfaces
Our crew will unload equipment & set-up the staging area, roll up rugs, move furniture, hardware, etc. The crew will complete large repairs, fill holes and caulk, and apply primers.
Painting
We re-confirm surfaces are ready to paint with proper coatings for surfaces. When we're done- we do a clean up of completed room.
Customer Final Inspection
Complete a room by room inspection with the customer. Then perform final touch-ups, as needed.
Job Site Clean-Up
The crew will break down the job site, including returning all items to their original positions. Next, we'll install hardware, remove the garbage and complete a final inspection.
Close Process
Review of completion of the job site. Customer will take a Satisfaction Survey as part of our Quality Callback Program.
