Projects for franchise locations like this one require exact color specifications that meet the guidelines of the franchiser. The store owner provided us with color codes that are part of the Taco Bell branding guidelines, we then had the colors made up and scheduled the project. This building is primarily a stucco exterior, in the prep phase we look for any potential problem areas like cracks in the stucco or areas with water damage. Our team can replace and fix problematic areas as part of the painting project.<\/p>\n

Exterior Painting Project – Office Building in LA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\nThis project was a full exterior painting project for the office of a cosmetics company in Los Angeles.<\/strong> The project included light repairs and sealing and a full repaint of the exterior. The client chose a dark gray exterior that modernized the look and feel of the building’s exterior. Projects like this one can be completed mostly in off-hours or on weekends to minimize disruption to the business.
