CertaPro Painters® of North York, ON completed a restoration of a 130-linear-foot metal fence at a North York, ON home. The fence showed visible signs of wear, including rust buildup along horizontal rails, peeling paint, and general deterioration from prolonged exposure to weather conditions.
The project included thorough surface preparation such as scraping, sanding, and wire brushing to remove rust and failing coatings. A rust-inhibiting primer was then applied to protect the metal surface, followed by two coats of high-performance exterior metal paint to ensure durability and a uniform finish.
Special care was taken to work around landscaping and garden areas adjacent to the fence. The completed project restored the structural integrity and significantly improved the overall appearance of the property.
