This project involved a complete interior refresh prior to move-in, with the goal of modernizing the space through a noticeable color transformation and a high-detail, premium finish. Our team repainted the walls, trim, doors, and baseboards, incorporated a new accent wall into the design, using Benjamin Moore’s In The Midnight Hour (#1666), and completed drywall repairs, sanding, caulking, priming, and full surface protection throughout the vacant unit.
Using Benjamin Moore’s Aura line, we delivered a durable, high-quality finish with clean contrast between walls and trim. Completed in four days, the project resulted in a polished, move-in-ready space tailored to a detail-oriented client who specified premium products for long-lasting results.
