The project included soffits, fascia, window trims, dormer siding, and downspouts, all of which showed signs of aging, peeling paint, and weather exposure. Surfaces were carefully prepared through scraping, sanding, caulking, and spot priming to ensure proper adhesion and long-term performance.
Due to the height and access constraints of the rear elevation, special attention was required for safe setup and precise application, particularly around detailed trim and upper dormer sections.
