This project involved a full interior repair and repaint following significant ceiling damage caused by previous plumbing work. At the time of arrival, the ceiling had an open section with exposed insulation, visible water staining, and surrounding wall damage that affected both the appearance and integrity of the space.
Our team began by removing all compromised drywall and preparing the area for proper restoration. New drywall was installed, followed by professional taping, mudding, and multiple sanding stages to achieve a smooth and seamless surface that blended with the existing ceiling.
Due to the presence of water stains and potential bleed-through, a high-quality stain-blocking primer was applied before painting. The ceiling was then finished with two full coats of premium interior paint to ensure a consistent, uniform appearance across the entire surface.
