This project involved a full interior repaint of a 2-bedroom condominium as part of a turnover process to prepare the space for new occupancy. Our team completed light surface preparation, including minor drywall repairs, sanding, and spot priming, before repainting all wall surfaces in the existing color for a clean, uniform finish. Trim, baseboards, and door frames were also refreshed, with careful attention given to protecting floors, windows, and fixtures throughout the project. Completed on a tight timeline, the result is a bright, move-in-ready living space with a fresh, cohesive appearance.
