A: The cost of each project will be determined based on the scope of work. We give free estimates to determine the cost.

Q: IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN CHANGE TO COST OF A PROJECT AFTER I RECEIVE MY QUOTE?
A: Any necessary repairs, carpentry, change orders or additional scope of work can change the price after the quote.
Q: ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
A: Yes
Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU SEND OUT FOR EACH JOB?
A: It depends on the size of the job. We have crew sizes from one to five.
Q: HOW WILL MY PROJECT BE MANAGED?
A: Your project will be assigned a Job Site Supervisor who will be onsite.
Q: HOW MANY PAINT COLORS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR TYPICAL PROPOSAL?
A: There is no limit to how many paint colors you can select.
Q: IS THERE A WARRANTY?
A: Yes, we offer a two year warranty.
Q: CAN THE PAINTERS WORK ALONE AT MY HOUSE?
A: Yes. Painters can work alone but you will need to be present when they finish to do a final walkthrough.

Q: WHAT COLORS DO YOU SUGGEST FOR THE EXTERIOR?
A: While colors are a personal choice, neutral colors are good options for exteriors.

A: Both our home stores with Sherwin-Williams and Helm (Benjamin Moore) have color consultants that help us provide that as a service.
Q: ARE THERE CERTAIN COLOR PALETTES YOU SUGGEST FOR THE INTERIOR?
A: Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore have a range of color palettes that help you see which colors coordinate well together.
Q: IS THERE ANYTHING THE HOMEOWNER SHOULD DO TO PREP FOR YOUR CREW TO ARRIVE?
A: We require that you allow clear access and a clean work environment for our crews. For exterior projects, all items must be cleared off decks and porches. For interior projects, all items must be removed from walls and if being painted, closets and cabinets need to be cleared.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CLEANUP PROCESS?
A: Crews clean up after themselves daily putting up ladders and brushes. At the end of the project, all prep materials, paint, brushes, ladders, etc will be cleaned up.
Q: WHAT’S YOUR MOST POPULAR SERVICE? (EX. DO YOU STAIN A LOT OF DECKS? PAINT BRICK HOUSES? SOMETHING THAT’S DIFFERENT THAN YOUR AVERAGE PAINTING PROJECT)
A: A few unique services we offer are popcorn ceiling removal or repaint, wallpaper removal or repaint, brick painting and deck staining.
