The management group was looking for a fresh look that would stand out amongst the other complexes, while cutting down on maintenance costs. After value engineering different Sherwin Williams products, the new line of Loxon Self-Cleaning Acrylic Paint was determined to be their best choice. This product repels dirt and sheds dust when it rains, essentially cleaning itself!
The many windows, narrow roadway, and hard to reach areas were no problem for the CertaPro Painters team. Most importantly, the project was delivered on schedule and on budget. When driving east on JTB it is hard to miss this beautiful building with black trim!
