Our Annual Staff Easter Egg Hunt Recap \ud83d\udc23<\/h3>\n

At CertaPro Painters\u00ae of Duluth & Norcross, we\u2019re proud of the work we do\u2014but even more proud of the people behind it. Each year, we take a little time to step away from the job sites and bring our team together for something a bit more fun\u2026 our annual Staff Easter Egg Hunt! \ud83d\udc23 This has quickly become one of our favorite traditions. It\u2019s a chance for our team to relax, laugh, and enjoy some friendly competition outside of the day-to-day hustle. And let\u2019s just say\u2014things can get pretty competitive when there are prizes involved.<\/p>\n

We fill hundreds of eggs with a mix of surprises\u2014from candy and gift cards to a few bigger prizes hidden inside our \u201cgolden eggs.\u201d Watching everyone run around the office, baskets in hand, brings out the kid in all of us. But beyond the fun, events like this are important to us. We truly believe that a strong team off the job site creates a stronger experience for our customers. Taking time to connect, celebrate, and enjoy each other\u2019s company helps build the kind of culture we\u2019re proud to stand behind. Because at the end of the day, we\u2019re not just a painting company\u2014we\u2019re a family.<\/p>\n
