La Arcata Retail is a 66,089 sqft mixed-use development professionally managed by REOC San Antonio. The Tuscan inspired architecture has detailed accents, multiple colors, and decorative metal throughout.
REOC had requested a proposal to paint the property the year prior as part of their budgeting process. When the decision to paint was made, CertaPro was awarded the contract.
The work included painting heights that required a 65ft boom lift, repairing holes and cracks in EIFS, removing rust from metal substrates, and painting a seven-color paint scheme. A six-man team tackled the project working around the pedestrian traffic of the doctors’ offices, restaurants, and retail businesses. The project spanned four and half weeks.
