This commercial repaint project along Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile, AL focused on restoring and unifying a high-traffic shopping center exterior while addressing both cosmetic upgrades and long-term protection needs.
The scope included pressure washing the stucco and metal façade, stucco columns, and brick siding across the front of the complex to remove buildup and prepare all surfaces for coating. The stucco façade, stucco columns, and brick received two coats of Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint for a durable, uniform finish, while the metal façade and approximately 160 linear feet of metal awning over the cleaners were coated with two coats of Latitude Paint for long-lasting protection.
Additional restoration work included multiple stucco repairs on columns and corner areas, sealing bare brick at Dynamic Pain & Wellness after removing efflorescence, and applying Seal-Krete to help protect and seal masonry surfaces. Rear CMU walls, doors, frames, bollards, and canopy columns were cleaned, primed where needed, and finished with SuperPaint for a cohesive appearance. Doors and frames received spot priming and a durable alkyd urethane coating for added resilience.
The result is a refreshed commercial center with improved curb appeal, stronger surface protection, and a more consistent exterior finish that better reflects the businesses within the property.
