This interior refresh project at Foley Planet Fitness focused on restoring and refinishing a high-visibility interior wall area impacted by heavily adhered wallpaper and prior repairs.
Our team carefully removed the purple wallpaper down to the far corner of the room, noting areas where repeated adhesive applications caused damage to the underlying sheetrock. Extensive surface prep was completed, including sanding to eliminate residual glue and repairing compromised drywall to create a smooth, paint-ready substrate.
Once prepped, the walls received a primer coat followed by two finish coats of Sherwin-Williams Pre-Catalyzed Epoxy in the corporate-approved purple, ensuring both durability and brand consistency throughout the space. Due to required drying times between coats, the work was completed over a two-day period, with the facility manager coordinating a temporary closure of the affected corner to allow for efficient progress.
The finished result is a clean, durable, and visually consistent wall system that restores the space to a professional, branded standard.
