{"id":9597,"date":"2020-06-24T09:12:17","date_gmt":"2020-06-24T13:12:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/certapro.com\/minnetonka\/?post_type=community&#038;p=9597"},"modified":"2024-04-16T12:36:46","modified_gmt":"2024-04-16T16:36:46","slug":"ica-food-shelf-donation-total","status":"publish","type":"community","link":"https:\/\/certapro.com\/minnetonka\/community\/ica-food-shelf-donation-total\/","title":{"rendered":"CertaPro Painters of Minnetonka, MN Donates $1,600 to ICA Food Shelf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of our ongoing commitment to serving our community, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic that has created uncertainty for so many, <strong>CertaPro Painters of Minnetonka, MN<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/certapro.com\/minnetonka\/community\/certapro-painters-of-minnetonka-mn-supports-the-ica-food-shelf-during-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">announced back in April<\/a> that we would be making a $500 initial pledge to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icafoodshelf.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ICA Food Shelf<\/a>, plus an additional $50 for every exterior painting job we completed before the end of May.<\/p>\n<p>Today, we are very proud to announce that all told, our donation amounted to <strong>$1,600 donated directly to the ICA Food Shelf&#8217;s relief efforts!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The statement from the ICA Food Shelf reads:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Your generosity during these uncertain times means so much to our neighbors in need. Many, many clients have reached out to thank us for staying open and providing food &#8211; thank you for making that possible.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Your dollars are making an immediate impact in meeting the increasing needs we are seeing. For every $1 donated, we are able to purchase up to $10 of food from food banks.
