My name is Nilmo Javier Chavez, together my wife Élvia Chávez and I work hand and hand as team members for CertaPro Painters®.

When I first met Rebecca and Steve it was thru another subcontractor that had hired me as a painter for his company, he was working for CertaPro and I was invited to come to a meeting that CertaPro does for all their employees every Friday. I was very impressed on how well and organized they are from the beginning to the end on their business. It was very interesting how they communicate and at the same time they are good on listening to their employees. This captivated my way of seeing things in the painting business. I had left for a while because the guy I worked for parted on a different direction and I parted from them too always following the painting interest.

But one thing for sure CertaPro did not part away from my mind and heart. I love the way they live and practice Faith, I am a Pastor myself and it spoke to my heart to continue knocking on this door I was for sure that it was the same faith that guide me to them. I never lost contact with Rebecca and as always, she has been so respectful and thoughtful it’s the wonderful spirit and faith in her that makes everyone that comes across on their path. I got to meet Steve who is very humbled, as owners him and his wife has shown all of us that nothing is impossible if you really put an effort to it. Steve has given us words of encouragement and words of knowledge leading us on how we can be successful without ripping people off to be efficient and productive. Things like that not everyone it’s willing to do because many companies might not want to share their experiences to other competition for their business. But we learned to see and experience the great side of CertaPro Painters®. I have started my own company JC painting LLC this year and it has not been easy it was very hard for me to believe I could even hire someone else just yet because that’s an income that has not always been available but now, we are a team of 7 including myself. Seeing how CertaPro in Lexington started, motivated us to continue and learn from their experience and knowledge on how to run a good business. All I can say is that I thank the Lord Jesus for having them in our lives and path.

I know for sure it was an answer to Rebecca and Steve’s prayers just like it was to us. CertaPro has a team that is very responsible, respectful, and very professional. I thank everyone of them because they see all of us as part of the family and are there to assist us on any issues we might come across during working hours and even on their own free time. Elizabeth what can I say, she is such a great asset for CertaPro she is always there for everyone when having questions about anything. Brad, Bryan, Jerry, Koby, Luke and Will every one of them has such an important part in this business and always there to listen and to give us a hand when need. Congratulations to all of them I could go on and on but for now all I can say is we are so glad and blessed to work for such a great company.
