CertaPro Painters of League City and Galveston is probably best known for residential interior and exterior painting in the League City and Galveston areas but they also regularly perform commercial painting on large buildings and perform specialty kitchen cabinet painting as well. In order to do all that requires training on specialty equipment.<\/p>\n

For commercial painting<\/a>, that often includes knowing how to use a variety of heavy equipment that allows access to every inch of a large facility or building. In the photos below you can see some of our team members training on the use of articulating boom lifts, scissor lifts , and telescopic booms. Each team member receives both operational and safety training to ensure that they can use the equipment effectively and correctly.<\/p>\n

At the end of the day, safety is the most important consideration when performing any work, both for our customers and team members, as well as for the structure, and the equipment itself. None of the CertaPro team are allowed to operate these pieces of equipment without this training.<\/p>\n

In addition to specialized lifting equipment, our painters are trained in the use of the Titan spray rig. This is a pneumatic paint spraying system used to paint detailed and often uneven surfaces like kitchen cabinet doors and interior doors. Using either regular interior paint or specialty cabinet paint, the team members practice using the spring rig until they are able to lay down a perfect coat of paint on these surfaces. Using this type of paint application method produces results superior to brush work in many cases, and allows the painter to cover many different individual cabinet parts quickly and with a consistently uniform finish.<\/p>\n
