CertaPro recently completed a refresh of a 100-year-old house in a historic district in Greensboro. Due to it’s age, we used lead-safe practices during the preparation to ensure that all paint chips and dust were contained and disposed of properly. We also discovered some rotting wood around the windows on the second floor. We were able to replace this and continue completing the job. Now this home is ready to start its second century!
