The family of this Oak Ridge home wanted a refresh of key exterior elements. We prepped all surfaces by lightly sanding and spot priming. We completed their entire deck and pergola with a new coat of paint, rather than staining – including the Floor, Benches, Flower Boxes, Steps, Lattice, Handrails, Pickets, Post, and Outer Beam Board. We stripped the front door and sidelights, then stained it with a semi-transparent stain and coated it with two coats of polyurethane. This helped bring out the natural wood grain of their beautiful mahogany door. We also completed their window frames, shutters, and wrought iron railings with a fresh coat of paint. The family was very happy with the results!
