CertaPro Painters of the Great Valley and West Chester was contracted to paint an 80-townhome community in Malvern, PA.
A good amount of prep was needed prior to painting. We had to scrape peeling paint and prime the surfaces.
We painted mostly all exterior components: doors, window frames and sashes, shutters, dental molding, porches, cedar siding, privacy fences and gates, pergolas, lampposts, and screened porches. We also painted the entry guard house, community signage, and signage by the pond.
