This project included full power washing of all paintable surfaces, followed by scraping any peeling paint to ensure proper adhesion. Two coats of Sherwin-Williams Latitude Paint were applied across all siding and trim, executed in a two-tone design with dark green exterior walls and brown fascia, siding accents, and window frames. A horizontal accent stripe was also painted midway down the tower on all four sides for added visual detail. The front door and frame, as well as the upper left-side door, were excluded, while the lower door on that side was included under the deck area.
