This project followed a standard prep process including prewashing, removing loose paint, spot priming, caulking, patching masonry areas, and replacing any necessary wood. Included scope covered fascia, siding, trim, posts, exterior window frames, doors and door frames, and a decorative fence near the front entry, while soffits, stucco siding, upper porch ceiling, interior window frames, windows, and the back door were excluded. All included surfaces were finished with a first coat of Benjamin Moore Regal Select Primer, followed by a red finish coat, with the ceiling painted white.
