In 2025, CertaPro Painters® of Grand Haven completed a commercial exterior project using the existing color scheme. The scope included siding, balconies, black bottom coping, and soffits, with thorough surface prep, rust removal, spot priming, and two wet-to-wet coats of paint applied for a durable, professional finish. Roofs, foundations, doors, windows, and blue coping were excluded from this project.
