Who owns CertaPro Painters of Fort Collins?<\/h2>\n

Bob Schneider owns the franchise. He lives in Lafayette, Colorado with his wife and three sons (and black lab!). Their office is located at 1308 Riverside Ave, Unit A-1, Fort Collins, CO 80524. He also owns the CertaPro Painters of Boulder and Longmont franchise serving areas including Louisville\/Superior, Boulder, Erie,\u00a0Lafayette, Longmont, and more.\u00a0It is NOT owned by a big corporation.<\/p>\n

What do you \u201cown\u201d when you own a CertaPro Painters franchise?<\/h3>\n

For Commercial Painting<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Our franchise can paint anywhere \u2013 we have completed jobs in Steamboat Springs, Grand Junction, Denver, and Wyoming \u2013 if the right opportunity comes up, we\u2019re on it!\u00a0That\u2019s why you\u2019ll see our vehicles all over the Front Range and Colorado working on Commercial and Business Painting projects.<\/p>\n

For residential painting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bob \u201cowns\u201d the zip codes of the towns in and around Weld County and Larimer County, such as Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, Timnath, etc. No other CertaPro franchisee can do residential painting in these zip codes.<\/p>\n

Does CertaPro cost more because it is a franchise?<\/h2>\n

Absolutely not! In fact, being part of the franchise system often makes us less expensive<\/em> than our competition. For example, we can often negotiate better paint pricing with suppliers because of our combined national scale pricing gets passed on to you as the customer. Yes, we pay a royalty to the franchisor; however, much of that goes to software, marketing, and training. Any painting company of reasonable size will pay for all of those things as well on their own\u2013\u2013and often at a higher cost as a single purchaser.<\/p>\n

Our warranty is real, in writing, and backed by both our local team and the national company. If there are any issues on your project after we finish, you can rest assured knowing your project is backed by a national company.<\/p>\n

Many times, small independent painters offer a warranty, but you cannot get them to come back to fix any issues, or they move over to the next town. Painting is not a perfect science, so while paint issues and warranty items are very rare for us, they do happen. That\u2019s why you want to make sure the painter will come back to fix the issue. CertaPro treats warranty issues with their full attention and care. You do not have to wonder if you\u2019re covered! And because paint failures usually happen within 6 months of being applied (change of 2 seasons), if the paint hasn\u2019t failed within 2 years of application, it will last for years and years.<\/p>\n

Is CertaPro Painters a Local Painter?<\/h2>\n

This is our favorite question to answer because YES, we are as local as you can get! The money you spend with us provides jobs for all of our office staff and painters who live in Longmont, Loveland, Lafayette, Johnstown, Louisville, Greeley, and Denver. You are supporting local families in your local neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

How can you really be local if I hear you on the radio all the time? Isn\u2019t that really expensive?<\/h3>\n

We don\u2019t pay for it ourselves. A group of several individual CertaPro Painters franchise owners works together to jointly pay for select radio advertising in our local areas. The people paying for this are Colorado franchisees like Bob, Greg, Gary, etc.\u2013\u2013not some big corporate entity.<\/p>\n

CertaPro Painters has been around nationally since the early 1990s.
