A Condominium Community in Centreville, Virginia was looking for professional preparation and painting of the exterior trim, doors, door frames, and balconies for two (2) of their residential buildings (totaling 20 residences) within the community as part of a multi-phased project. The overall goal was to assist the Community in maintaining a maintenance cycle while refurbishing their overall look.
