The residential painting process is a multi-layered operation where professional execution is always recommended. CertaPro Painters® of East York/Don Mills is equipped and ready to tackle your interior and exterior residential projects with our tested and proven process. The Introduction
Our residential manager will be reaching by phone and/or email with an introduction to your project and a tentative schedule for exterior jobs and a hard start date for interior jobs. They will also be available to answer any questions you might have. (Schedule pending as per weather for exterior jobs.)
Selecting a Start Date
You will work with our residential manager to set a start date for your exterior project and/or determine your start date for your interior project. (Schedule is always pending as per weather for exterior jobs.)
Pre-Production Walkthrough
Your Job site supervisor (JSS) will walk through the whole project with you to review your wants, needs & answer any questions. You will confirm the scope of the work on the start date.
Production Begins
The preparation work and painting starts on your project. You will receive daily status updates with a report on progress and the expectations for the following day from your JSS. Eventually, you will receive a tentative completion date and the final final walkthrough scheduled with the JSS.
Final Walk Through
The job site supervisor will perform a final walkthrough of your project with you. We take this step seriously because we want you to be to thrilled with our completed project. At this time, we will ensure the scope of work has met your expectations. You will sign off on the job and the JSS will request the final payment.
Closing the Job
We will confirm the final payment has been received and we will ask you to complete a customer satisfaction survey.
