OptiGrate Warehouse Painting Project in Oviedo, FL
Or painters were called out to the OptiGrate warehouse for a commercial painting service. This warehouse is approximately 22000 square feet and is located at 562 S Econ Circle in Oviedo. The building houses manufacturing and distributing of VBG-based filters and components.
CHALLENGES:
The building had a lot of paint peeling and bubbling and had not been coated in a number of years. This building also had metal siding that had experienced coating oxidation. There was rust on the lower portions of the siding. The stairwells and the railing were not part of the new painting job. Our customer wanted the building to look as good as new, and it does now!
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
Preparation – Power washing and wire brushing of the rust and paint flakes.
Prime –Prime the building and paying special attention to any rusted areas.
Paint – Painting of the exterior of the building.
PROJECT TIMELINE
We completed the project in 4 days.

Finished: 11/6/2020
THE FINAL RESULTS
After completion, we walked around the building to ensure every paint job was done as per request. All concerns that were noted at the beginning of the project were addressed. The once old-looking surfaces look brand new again, just as requested.
