For this project we power washed and painted clapboards, cedar shakes, soffits, window frames, door frames, doors, porch ceiling, porch floor, steps, railings, posts, beams, lattice and concrete foundation.
We shaved the old paint off the cedar shakes clapboards, soffits, beams. All bare wood was sanded, primed and painted with two coats. Surfaces which couldn’t be shaved were scraped, primed and painted with two coats. It was a labor of love that took 22 days.
