CertaPro Crew of the Year Award\u00a0 Chris Drucquer, owner of CertaPro Painters\u00ae of the Main Line, presented Da Silva with the award and placed him on his personal \u201cTop Ten People I Look Up To\u201d list.<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, Da Silva achieved a Net Promoter Score of 96 and generated $450,000 in revenue with his painting crew. And the winner of the JSS of the Crew of the Year is again Fabio Silva. Come on up. Chris Drucquer, can you please come on up to say a few words about Fabio? Chris Drucquer.<\/p>\n<p>Chris: I just want to say a couple words about Fabio. By the way are there bets on whether I&#8217;m gonna get emotional or not? Because I wouldn&#8217;t bet against it. This is rather special for me. Fabio I&#8217;ve known and I consider him a friend for 13 years. More than anything, he just lives our values day in, day out and always. He&#8217;s a throwback. I mean we&#8217;ve been talking about NPS and extraordinary experiences for 5 or 6 years, Fabio has been living it for 13 years. Just to give you 2 quick numbers, his NPS score this year, this is not a typo, 96. And with between 1 and 2 crew members he completed over $450,000.
