With new construction, proper prep work, including cleaning, taping and priming is essential so that paint adheres properly and looks its best. \nThe management team at Delta Plaza turned to CertaPro Painters\u00ae of Denver to transform this three story office complex. The original white paint had weathered to a washed out gray and the building suffered from peeling paint and some water damage. After preparing the exterior by power washing, we used a combination of a scissor lift and ladders to tape many windows, prime the exterior with a product called Styx and restore the building\u2019s fresh look using Benjamin Moore\u2019s Ice Cube – Ultra Spec 500.
