We were contracted to paint and repair three areas of an industrial building in Cincinnati, Ohio. We started by pressure washing the building and affected areas. We then performed EIFS repairs where the sign was drilled into the building. EIFS repair is a specialized service not all painting and carpentry companies can perform. EIFS repair involved filling the holes where signage was removed with back rod and caulk. Then a spray on texture was used to blend the surface. Once all prep work was complete, we applied two finish coatings of a matching paint color on the affected areas.
