Tackling the exterior of a massive industrial facility is no small task—it requires careful planning, specialized equipment, and an experienced crew. For this project, we addressed everything from expansive metal siding and concrete block walls to bollards, safety rails, and outbuildings. Each surface type demands a different approach: metal often needs rust treatment and priming, while masonry may require extensive cleaning and caulking. With multiple substrates and safety features involved, proper prep work was critical to ensure a durable, professional finish across the entire site.
