Operations Manager

CertaPro is seeking a dynamic, self-starter, visionary, and goals/results oriented individual to fill our Operations Manager position for our small but growing company in Central Washington.

What we're looking for

The operations manager manages the day-to-day coordination and management of business operation activities. This includes all aspects of operations—customer service, marketing, sales, scheduling, and human resources. If you are the type of person who likes to build on something, using continuous improvement, and is not afraid of hard work to get there then this may be the position for you!

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required. Some college/degree preferred - education will be verified.
  • Bilingual (Fluent English/Spanish) preferred
  • 2-4 years’ office administrator/office manager experience in construction or a similar field preferred
  • 2-4 years’ experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Office 365). Final candidates will be tested for competency
  • Accounting software experience (e.g. Quickbooks) preferred
  • Commitment to Exemplary Customer Service (customers, employees, & contractors)
  • Experience handling multiple tasks/priorities
  • Goals/Results Oriented
