This is a 16 building full exterior paint job performed at the same time. We worked with an investment firm located in California. The warehouse buildings are located in Stafford, TX. We pressure washed, spot prime, applied two coats of paint and did several repairs to Stucco, Gutters and Downspouts. We are so humbled that this customer located across the U.S. fully trusted in us since day one. The level of communication, quality, scheduled work and tenant satisfaction was top notch. When we delivered the final product, senior level representatives came from California to see our work, we were extremely happy to deliver what we promised within the timeframe and the original budget; on top of that, there were zero incidents and zero touch ups.
