Quality was the top priority for the client, so daily visits by the Owner and Project Manager to ensure client satisfaction with the quality of work was necessary. The entire facility needed to resemble the other warehouses, which meant that removal of signs and patching holes was important, and the quality of those needed to be excellent as well. The entire job was completed within 1 week, with work continuing over the weekend so as not to disrupt the daily operations.
