The building required attention due to the worn condition of the paint. An eight-story building, Dunton Commercial had large sections of concrete, window pop outs, and a retaining wall that were in need of renovation. CertaPro&#8217;s team were well equipped to handle a project of this size to leave the client happy with the end result.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10941 alignleft hidden-xs\" src=\"https:\/\/indianapolis.certapro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1280\/2019\/06\/img-treatment.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"207\" height=\"577\" \/>CHALLENGES:<\/strong><br \/>\nProjects of this magnitude tend to have their own set of specific hurdles. Proper coordination among the team members and communication with the customer are of utmost importance. Large scale projects often require special equipment to complete as well.<\/p>\n<p>For Dunton Commercial, a 120 ft. lift was used for painting.
