The Strategic Account Sales Coordinator works on the Strategic Account Management Team of Certa ProPainters, Ltd., a franchisor of independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters® franchised businesses.  The Sales Coordinator supports the Strategic Account Managers in their daily job duties. This will include working with and developing relationships with our Franchisee network as well as targeted Strategic Account customers.

The Strategic Account Sales Coordinator reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports Strategic Account Managers (SAM’s) with assigned Key Accounts that require routine follow-up including but not limited to: franchise outreach, Lead set up, and job handoffs.
  • Follows up with customer prospects obtained through trade shows on behalf of Strategic Accounts.
  • Routinely documents touchpoints throughout the sales process in Sales Force, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Supports the coordination of events like Trade Shows and Annual Conferences for Key Accounts that Strategic Accounts attends in addition to events Strategic Accounts may host at CertaPro Painters’ annual conference and other events.
  • Tracks the Strategic Account Referral Program and initiates payout with Finance team, and communication to Franchisees.
  • Conducts pre-qualification of inbound leads to determine fit for Strategic Accounts, then assigns accordingly.

Performance Measures

  • Completes assigned tasks in effective time frame.
  • Maintains high level of organization for all levels of customer and franchisee engagement.
  • Assists in the overall growth of the Strategic Accounts Referral program.
  • Follows proper CRM procedures on Strategic Account customer input and pricing requests.
  • Models activity and behavior in line with company Standards as defined in its Standard Operating Procedures manual.
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

What we are Looking For: Required Qualifications

  • Formal experience using Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Effective communicator through Email and Phone
  • Able to complete multiple tasks on time
  • Experience using a Sales Force or similar CRM platform
  • Detail oriented
  • Adaptable to change in work priorities
  • Ability to travel to events as needed
  • Strong “people skills” with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, franchisees, and customers

Salary Range – $60,000 – $70,000
