CertaPro Painters® is seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate, dynamic, and has a proven track record of supporting franchise owners and driving business results through the implementation of local and regional marketing programs positioned to drive leads, brand awareness, and market share.

Responsibilities

    • Lead local adoption of foundational marketing programs for franchise owners in specific Co-Op DMA markets
    • Communicate the value and ensure adoption of local, regional, and system-wide marketing programs for each owner in the Co-Op DMA market ranging from digital and print to community marketing and previous customer marketing programs
    • Track performance, compile data, and provide status reports to analyze marketing efforts
    • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts throughout the company to ensure franchise owners have the most up-to-date information, and can effectively educate franchise owners with information to positively impact their businesses
    • Conduct webinars and meetings to discuss the implementation of market-wide marketing campaigns to drive business results
    • Work with others on the Marketing Team to provide franchise owners with information and support launching Co-Op and Single Point Co-Op media campaigns.

This includes:

    • Leading Co-Op Media Meetings and Single Point Co-Op Media Meetings
    • Collaborating with the Operations Team members and franchise owners to determine marketing budgets
    • Coordinating with the Creative Team to activate creative for market-wide campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years professional marketing experience required
  • Assertive leader with demonstrated success in marketing, account management, consultative sales, and influencing experienced businesspeople
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience giving presentations to large groups both in-person and virtually
  • Keen problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability to execute effective priority management
  • Strong analytical abilities, comfort manipulating data, and ability to see beyond the numbers
  • Experience with software programs such Microsoft Suite, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience working in a franchise environment, or in a multi-location organization is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar subject area preferred
  • Client-facing, marketing agency experience preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel required – 20%

Benefits and compensation

  • Salary Range – $70,000 – $90,000 plus bonus
