Working as a IT Office Support Specialist

The IT Office Support Specialist will provide administrative support to Information Technology (IT) support team and perform administrative updates for all end-users. This role will report to the Customer Experience Manager and is based out of Audubon, PA.

Work occurs on weekdays at the Corporate Office, usually standing or sitting at a desk. As the IT Office Support Specialist, you will interact with Franchisees, Associates, and Corporate staff. This is an on-site position, but travel is required twice a year to attend annual Corporate Meetings and the National Conference and may include other travel as needed.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide excellent customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • Work within our ticketing system to create detailed work logs and technical documentation.
  • Creating user accounts, resetting passwords, assigning security rights, database maintenance & support, and other duties as assigned.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Escalate unresolved calls/tickets to the Support Team as needed. As well as set customer expectations for follow-up (i.e., when to expect follow-up contact and by whom).
  • Maintain Breakroom and Office Supply Inventory

  • Knowledge: You have a fundamental understanding of Microsoft-based operating systems with an emphasis on Windows 10 and up, and Office 365/Microsoft Dynamics and/or other CRM-based platforms.
  • Smart:  You have high emotional intelligence, an exceptional ability to convey ideas and gain alignment among others, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Service-Minded: You consider others at every turn by exercising your responsibilities in an energetic, proactive, and organized way.  You have a collaborative leadership style, with a clear capacity to influence and cultivate trusting relations cross-functionally.

Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000
