Working as a Graphic Designer / Production Designer

The purpose of the Graphic Designer / Production Designer role is to assist with the creative solutions for the CertaPro Painters® brand that drive consistency, brand awareness and supports the franchise system and organizational growth.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Designs creative requests from franchise system and internal corporate team members.
  • Works collaboratively with CSM, various Marketing and Corporate Team members for the review and refinement of brand standards on an annual or as-needed basis.
  • Designs print, digital, to meet brand and system creative needs.
  • Assists with vendor production to ensure timely assets are created, posted, updated and available inventory for CertaProStore.com.
  • Assists with digital asset platform and availability of creative assets to vendors and internal users. Updates content, tagging content, and maintaining up-to-date pieces.
  • Archives files and upkeep of the servers to maintain organization and catalog.
  • Works with in-house legal counsel to gain approval on all consumer-facing creative solutions.
  • Ensures compliance with the brand standards across multiple vendor partners and internal/external projects.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Degree in creative solutions design and minimum 2+ years professional experience.
  • Expertise in latest design and video programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and knowledge of video and digital formats for proper execution.
  • Experience in social media platform posting and creation.
  • Prior experience managing and holding accountability with vendors is a plus.
  • Knowledge of creative brief process and demonstrated experience from creative concept to outcome.
  • File and project trafficking knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to travel, when necessary.

Evaluation of Performance:

  • Budgeted annual KPIs for leads and timely completion of design projects that adhere to the brand standards.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
