Our growing franchise company is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our franchise recruiting team as a Marketing Coordinator and department administrator. This position will be responsible for supporting our franchise sales efforts through various marketing and administrative tasks, including managing franchise broker networks, coordinating with a PR firm, and overseeing an outsourced digital marketing company. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of franchise marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and other promotional items.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads for franchise sales.
  • Work with internal departments to develop and manage franchisee sales materials and programs.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new franchisees and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Coordinate and participate in franchise trade shows and events.
  • Manage and grow the franchise broker network by identifying new brokers, establishing relationships, and providing ongoing support.
  • Work with a PR firm to develop and execute franchise marketing and public relations strategies.
  • Oversee an outsourced digital marketing company to ensure the successful implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to the franchise recruiting team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from potential franchisees and provide initial information and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in franchise development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing franchise broker networks, PR firms, and outsourced digital marketing companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing and design software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
