<\/a><\/p>\nAbout Crisis Response Canines (CRC)<\/strong><\/h3>\nCRC\u2019s mission<\/a> is to provide strength and comfort to those impacted by traumatic events\u2014whether it\u2019s a natural disaster, mass casualty event, or community tragedy. Their highly trained K9-handler teams are certified in psychological first aid and deploy to schools, hospitals, businesses, and national emergency scenes to offer calm in the midst of chaos.<\/p>\nCRC operates two levels of response teams:<\/p>\n

Comfort Teams provide emotional support during scheduled visits to local institutions and events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Operational Deployment Teams are certified to respond nationally to large-scale crises and emergencies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Meet Shirley Graziano: Color Consultant and CRC Team Lead<\/strong><\/h3>\nThis event was especially meaningful to our CertaPro Brecksville team because it celebrates one of our own: Shirley Graziano<\/strong>, a valued Color Consultant and the Ohio Team Lead for Crisis Response Canines<\/strong>.<\/p>\nAfter learning about CRC, Shirley was inspired by the positive impact therapy dogs have on first responders and trauma survivors. She made a personal commitment to the organization\u2019s intensive training program and now leads CRC\u2019s Ohio Chapter alongside her K9 partner, Zodiac<\/strong>.<\/p>\nTogether, Shirley and her team have completed over 250 visits in the past year<\/strong>\u2014bringing compassion, calm, and comfort to those who need it most.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t![\"\"](\"https:\/\/pub-9fc1f065f07e441b8f35365c774f09ae.r2.dev\/uploads\/sites\/1530\/2025\/06\/Image-4-819x1024.jpeg\")
