If you'd rather sign your proposal with a pen, sign it, snap a picture of the signed contract, and email it to us at <a href=\"mailto:skeefe@certapro.com\">skeefe@certapro.com<\/a>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n\n<h5>You can even (snail) mail the check and signed proposal to us at <strong>CertaPro, 137 Weymouth Street, Rockland, MA 02370.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>I paid my deposit; what's next?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\nOnce you have paid your deposit and signed your contract via SignWell E-Sign (or with pen and paper), you will be added to our schedule. Our Office Manager will reach out to you when you're \"on deck\" to paint. \u00a0See below for specifics:\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>When will I get the SignWell e-signature document to \"sign\"?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\nIf you haven't received it already, we will send it to you within a few days of your request to paint. During the spring and summer, our office is busiest, so it may take up to a week for you to get your paperwork. Could you check your spam email folder to see if it's there if you haven't received it?\n\n<strong>Important: Your SignWell email message contains your approximate start window in the subject line\u2014jot this down. We will contact<\/strong>\u00a0you approximately a week before this timeframe to provide a more exact date.\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4><b>When will you start my project?<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\nOnce you've paid your deposit, you are placed on our schedule in a queue. \u00a0This queue is much like a line at the deli where everyone has taken a number. \u00a0Due to the wet weather affecting exterior projects, we cannot precisely estimate the duration of each project in front of yours. However, please refer to the email we sent when we sent you the E-Signable Document, for an approximate completion date.\n\nA few days before your crew is ready to start, our Office Manager will contact you to let you know you're \"on deck\" to start.\n\nIf you are hosting a party and need the painting done by a specific deadline, please let your Salesperson know your timeframe. \u00a0This way, if we can accommodate you, we will!\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>What to expect when your project starts:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Exterior Clients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/certapro.com\/boston-south-shore\/community\/journal-of-an-exterior-painting-project\/\">Here's a day-by-day account of a real-live exterior project we recently completed<\/a> so you can know what to expect when we paint for you.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Kitchen Cabinet Painting Clients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n<h3>Here's a <a href=\"https:\/\/certapro.com\/boston-south-shore\/community\/day-by-day-journal-of-a-2022-kitchen-cabinet-painting-project\/\">day-by-day account of a recent kitchen cabinet project<\/a> we completed.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Powerwashing (Exteriors only):<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\nIf your proposal includes power washing, we typically wash your home a few days prior to beginning the painting. This allows it to dry after washing.\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Carpentry:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\nIf your proposal includes carpentry, we often complete the carpentry work at the same time we prepare your home for painting.\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Getting us your paint colors:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\nIf you haven't already given them to us, email your paint colors to <a href=\"mailto:skeefe@certapro.com\">skeefe@certapro.com<\/a>.\n\nNeed help from our designer? \u00a0Tell Susan at skeefe@certapro.com, and she'll send <a href=\"https:\/\/certapro.com\/boston-south-shore\/our-team\/kate-rafoth\/\">Kate (our designer<\/a>) out to help you in your home. \u00a0This free service makes a real difference in the outcome, so take the time to get the colors right.\n\nWe order your paint before the painters arrive, so we must have your final colors by your start date.\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>The first day of your project:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<span style=\"font-size: 0.9375rem;letter-spacing: 0.02em\">We'll need you for about 10 minutes at the beginning to review the project's scope with you again to make sure we're all on the same page<\/span>\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Once your project starts,\u00a0don't hesitate to call us if something is not right:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\nOur Field Supervisors will stop by your home to ensure everything's going well.
