1. Can you provide a detailed and written quote<\/strong> outlining all the specifications and ALL prices for the project, including paint and labor?<\/p>\n

Which paint product<\/strong> will you be using to paint my home?<\/a> For example, a painter should not just write: \u201cSherwin Williams Paint\u201d but \u201cSherwin Williams Duration Home<\/a>.\u201d This is because each brand of paint (such as Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore) has many grades<\/strong><\/em> of paint from cheap to expensive and fair to excellent.\u00a0You want to ensure you\u2019re getting a great paint grade so the paint job lasts longer.<\/p>\n

3. How soon<\/strong> can you get this project done<\/a>? This is especially important if you are counting on your walls being painted when you are having a party. At CertaPro Painters, we usually have a “rush crew” standing by for \u201clast minute\u201d projects and emergencies. \u00a0And yes, your mother-in-law coming to visit counts as an emergency!<\/p>\n

4. Is there a designer on staff<\/a> to help me choose colors<\/strong> for my interior painting? At CertaPro Painters of the South Shore, we have in-home designer who helps our customers choose interior and exterior colors free of charge.<\/p>\n

5. Do you provide free large color samples<\/strong> (8\u201d x 8\u201d) so I don\u2019t have to choose the color from a small paint chip? We\u2019re so passionate about you getting the color right we\u2019ll even provide free large color samples for do-it-yourselfers. Just email us<\/a> and we\u2019ll mail them out to you within a week, free of charge.<\/p>\n

6. Can you install interior moldings<\/a> (baseboard, crown, trim, window sills) before you paint?<\/p>\n

7. How is payment handled? Is there a deposit<\/strong> needed? Can I pay by credit card<\/strong>? Do you provide financing<\/strong> (i.e. no interest for 6 months)? Do you offer any discounts<\/a>?<\/p>\n

8. Do you offer a written warranty<\/a> on the painting?<\/p>\n

\n

9. Can I get references<\/strong> or read reviews<\/a> from some of your recent customers?<\/p>\n
