Hitachi Exterior Painting Project

Alamo, Tennessee

During the past few weeks, we had the privilege of managing and producing an out-of-state painting job that was particularly challenging but ultimately extremely rewarding. We were tasked with painting the exterior of a large commercial metal building and twenty-two A/C unit enclosures in a different state from our home base.

Despite the logistical difficulties involved in working out of state, we were able to complete the job in just one week with the help of an eight-man crew. The project required a great deal of coordination and planning, from arranging logistics for travel and accommodations to making sure all the necessary materials, documentation, equipment and heavy machinery were ready and on time; with the help of Jason Font from Sherwin-Williams, we were able to locate and ship the several hundreds of gallons of paint and primers needed from all over the Country.

The crew was committed to completing the job on time and they followed a full schedule to meet the timelines and highest standards of quality. Their dedication and professionalism were truly impressive, and I’m incredibly proud of the work they accomplished.

The finished product is a testament to their hard work and skill; the building and A/C enclosures look like new and our client was extremely satisfied with the result and our performance. This job was a challenging one, but it’s a reminder of what can be accomplished when you have a great team working together toward a common goal.

We appreciate the opportunity and thank Hitachi Energy team for being such a great customer and providing the support we needed to successfully complete the project.
