Their goal has been to build an organization that provides quality employment for their associates and exceptional service to their customers. Randy handles the commercial sales and all production in the organization.\u00a0 As part of his responsibilities he recruits, interviews and trains the company\u2019s painters. He enjoys being part of their growth and has been fortunate to share in their success. He is visible on the job sites and enjoys interacting with the staff and clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, adult children, and grandchildren. He also satays busy with yard work and various home improvement projects.
