The exterior of the Sweet Apple Village shopping center was showing signs of wear in the form of fading paint surfaces, cracks at joints and seams, and some wood\/carpentry damage. The owners of the complex wanted to provide a clean, update appearance for their tenant\u2019s customers. Having used CertaPro Painters for other painting projects in the past, the commercial property manager asked us to repaint all six buildings.\u00a0We addressed the maintenance issues via multiple carpentry repairs and a full preparation and painting of the buildings.\u00a0 For maximum fade-resistance we used premium quality Sherwin Williams products.<\/p>\n
